Jagdeep Ventures LLC provides customized consulting, research, and software services. Every engagement is tailored to the client's objectives and delivered according to an agreed scope of work.

Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less applicable payment processing fees and reasonable administrative costs.

After Work Begins

Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes discovery sessions, research, analysis, planning, software architecture, strategy development, implementation, and other project-related work.

Custom Engagements

Because every engagement is customized for a specific client, completed or partially completed work is not eligible for a refund.

Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded promptly.
